The Betts Cabin is located in southern Van Buren County, Iowa, just a mile north of the Missouri state line. It's 12 miles southwest of Keosauqua, 2 miles west of Mt. Sterling, and 5 miles from Cantril. The 911 location address is 20163 290th Road, Cantril, IA.
